Coconut overnight oats with banana and apricots

roled oats

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place oats and desiccated coconut into a sealable jar, mix well.

* Step 2

Add your syrup or honey and top with milk. Add enough milk until all your oats are completely covered. If you like your oats to be runny in consistency add about 1 cm milk on top. Stir until your sweetener is fully combined.

* Step 3

Close the lid and place in the fridge overnight. By morning the oats will have swollen and absorbed all the milk.

* Step 4

The next day remove from the fridge and top with dried banana for crunch and dried apricots for a zesty flavour. 🍌 You can use fresh Banana's as well. 😍 For an extra optional flavour why not add a sprinkle of cinnamon 🥜 Why not try adding extra chopped nuts like almonds, Brasil nuts or hazel nuts work well.
