Baked jacket potatoes

Years ago a friend told how she often would involve her kids in food prep and mealtime when they were really young. One way was, she would make loads of different toppings and make dinnertime fun by allowing them to mix and match their toppings on jacket potatoes. Now I have a kid of my own we often involve her at dinner time with decorating your own pizza, making your own salad and now making your own 🥔' jacket potato party'🥔.
😍 I made and laid out a scoreboard of different toppings and everyone could mix and match and make their best ever jacket potatoes combo topping. See below for all the toppings I choose❤️

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pierce potatoes all over with a fork. Place in a roasting pan and drizzle over a little oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.
* Step 2
Bake at 200c fan for 1 hour until potato is soft and cooked all the way through.
* Step 3
Top with your topping of choice and enjoy!
