Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove any bone from your pork chop and slice into strips (alternate with any other meat of your choice)
* Step 2
Marinade meat in a little oil, a splash of soy sauce, chili flakes, and salt and pepper seasoning. Put aside as you prepare other ingredients, Place in the fridge for when needed.
* Step 3
Finely slice bell pepper and spring onions.
You can choose to add the spring onions in the meat marinade if you prefer them cooked through or leave to add at the end for fresh crunch with the peppers.
* Step 4
Fry the meat and marinade juices in a hot pan until crisp, adding a drizzle of honey towards the end.
* Step 5
Whilst meat is sizzling away, prepare instant noodles in your bowls.
I use a small packet like these for quickness.
* Step 6
Boil the egg to semi soft. Peel and set aside.
* Step 7
Bring it all together. Once noodles are ready top with the hot pork, bell peppers and spring onions. Add your egg and sprinkle on your fresh parsley. Tadaa!!! Quick and easy Pork Ramen Noodles fro dinner or lunch.
