* Step 1
Marinade the beef strip in the marination ingredients for 1 hour..
* Step 2
Pour oil into a hot kadai
Now stir fry the beef with garlic powder
Keep moving the beef around in the kadai so it doesn't stick together, it cooks quickly
* Step 3
Add the strips of green pepper, onions and chillies as well as the remaining ingredients, stir fry on high flame for 2-3 minutes, taste, adjust seasoning if needed with vinegar, black pepper and soy sauce..serve with veg fried rice Enjoy
