Poha & Potato cutlets

#ga24 #Poha #Gujarat Poha & Potato Cutlet is a crispy, vegan snack made of poha (flattened rice), potatoes, and flavored with spices. These poha & Potato cutlets can be served fried, baked or air fried along with some ketchup or used as filling for wraps and Burgers. These are delicious!!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grate boiled potatoes.

* Step 2

Wash poha in a colander and keep aside for 15 minutes to drain all water.

* Step 3

Dry roast peanuts. Remove its skin. Transfer to a mixer and grind to a powder.

* Step 4

Mix all the masala ingredients, mashed potatoes, grinded peanut powder and ginger garlic paste and lemon juice in it.

* Step 5

Add bread crumbs and poha and mix and make a dough.

Now divide it in 8 parts. Make balls and press like tikkis.

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Deep fry cutlets fry on non-stick wok till crispy.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
