Loaded Bread pakora is a Unique innovative North India breakfast & street food made with bread, potatoes, spices & herbs. These are stuffed inside with onion, tomato and paneer slices.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
👉Add Gram flour in a mixing bowl. Mix salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, carom seeds and grated garlic. Add water and beat the mixture thoroughly. Add semolina and mix.
* Step 2
👉In another mixing bowl add grated boiled potato, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger and kasuri methi, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, mango powder and mix and make a dough.
* Step 3
👉Cut bread slices in round.
* Step 4
👉Chop onion, tomato and paneer in round pieces.
* Step 5
👉Now take a round bread slice. Apply tomato ketchup. Place 1 slice each of onion, tomato and paneer. Cover it with other slice and press it with hands.
* Step 6
👉Now. Take potato mixture and make a ball. And press it and make a round of bread size and cover it all around on loaded bread.
* Step 7
👉Heat cooking oil in a karahi. Dip it in Gram flour paste and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from the other side also.
