Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add All-purpose Flour, wheat gluten, salt, baking soda in a mixing bowl and mix well. Now make a thick batter by adding water slowly. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Now Heat a griddle. Pour the batter on the griddle in a circle and cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Flip the side and cook for 1 minute on the other side.
* Step 4
Peel wash and Chop onion tomato and capsicum in small squares.
* Step 5
Now apply Schezwan sauce on the pizza base. Place a cheese slice over it. Then place and arrange chopped onion, capsicum and tomato over it. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes over. Grate a cheese cube over it. Place it on a griddle and cover it and cook till cheese melts.
