A healthy, nutritious and fulfilling sago flour kheer

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wipe sago on the kitchen towel nicely. Transfer to a mixer and grind to a coarse powder.(leave some for decoration soaked in milk)
* Step 2
Soak saffron strands in 2 tb spoon warm milk and keep aside
* Step 3
Boil milk in a pan. Now add grinded sago flour and saffron milk and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Now add 1/2 tin milkmaid and stir for a minute on low flame
* Step 4
Chop almonds, cashew nuts, and in sago phirni and stir and switch off the flame.
* Step 5
Cook and refrigerate and then serve chilled.
