This poha is rich in carbohydrates, vitamins and proteins. Made with onion, ginger, mustard seeds, chana dal, white urad dal, mustard seeds, and salt, this is simple poha recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash poha thoroughly in running water and keep in a colander.
* Step 2
Peel wash and chop onion and potatoes in tiny pieces. Chop tomato.
* Step 3
Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add urad and Chana dal and roast till golden.
* Step 4
Now add chopped onions and roast till translucent. Add chooped potatoes and peas and cook on low flame till potatoes are done.
* Step 5
Add all dry masala ingredients and mix. Now add poha and mix well and ciok for 2 minutes.
* Step 6
Now add chopped tomato, peanuts and raisins and mix. Switch off the flame.
* Step 7
Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves
