#cookeverypart Ajwain Besan Ka Paratha is an easy paratha prepared with spicy basic masalas which can be eaten on its own or can be eaten with pickle. It is easy to make and requires a very few ingredients

Wheat flour

1/2 tsp

Carrom seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add gram flour, wheat flour, chopped onion, green chilli, carrom seeds,coriander leaves, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and cooking oil for moyan. Mix well. Knead a soft dough with help ol water. Cover it and rest for 15 minutes. Now knead again for 2 minutes.

Heat a griddle. Now make balls and roll it by dustng wheat flour

Apply cooking oil. Roll it. Then apply cooking oil on folded half and then fold it again.

Roll it and place on griddle. Roast for 1 minute. Flip and roast from other side.

* Step 5

Apply cooking oil. Flip. Apply cooking oil on other side and shallow fry till golden from both sides. Transfer to a plate.

Serve hit with butter, pickle and masala tea.
