Crispie gram flour Chilla

#Mar #W3 Gram flour chilla prepared by mixing rice flour

Ingredient

1 cups

Gram flour

1 tb spoon

Rice flour

1/8 tsp

Asafoetida

1/4 tsp

Garam masala

2 tb spoon

Green chutney

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add Gram flour, rice and make a batter of pouring consistency by adding water. Add salt and all dry masala ingredients and mix well. Add chopped onion, carrot, green chilli and coriander leaves and mix well.

Heat a non-stick griddle. Brush it with cooking oil. Pour a ladle full of batter and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Flip the side and roast from other side also till golden brown colour. Like wise make all the Chilla.

Serve hot with green chutney.
