Mix Vegetables Stuffed Paratha

Mixed Vegetable Paratha is a North Indian recipe for breakfast or brunch in winter. Prepared with mixed vegetables and it is an extremely easy-to-make recipe. It can be served with butter, curd, pickle, chutney or some curry of your choice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, all-purpose flour, carrom seeds, salt, baking powder and cooking Oil and mix well. Now add water slowly and knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Then knead dough again for 1 minute and divide it in 4 parts and make equal sized balls. Cover it.
* Step 2
Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grated ginger and garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Now add chopped onions and green chilli and saute for 2 minutes. Add grated cauliflower and peas and cook till peas are soft. Add mashed paneer and chopped coriander leaves and mix well and saute for 30 seconds. Switch off the flame and let this stuffing cool.
* Step 3
Roll one ball in round shape.
* Step 4
Now place the stuffing on rolled chapatti and fold it add shown in pic below in a square.
* Step 5
Roll this square carefully.
* Step 6
Heat griddle on medium low flame. Place paratha on it and Roast paratha from both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden brown.
* Step 7
Serve hot with butter or curd or pickle.
