Aloo Tikki Sandwich Recipe is slightly toasted bread which is stuffed with flavourful aloo tikki, chutneys, chaat masala and sliced tomatoes.It is packed with flavours every bite of this sandwich is full of flavour. .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and mash boiled potatoes. Add bread crumbs of 2 bread slices. Add salt and mix and mash well.
* Step 2
Divide the dough in 4 equal parts and shape it like tikkis.
* Step 3
Heat cooking oil in a griddle. Shallow fry tikkis till crispie. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
* Step 4
Remove all tikkis in the plate. Butter the slice. Place cheese slice over it. Then place the tikki.
* Step 5
Arrange tomato slices over it. Sprinkle black pepper on it. Place another buttered slice over it and press it with spetula.
* Step 6
Now place this sandwich on griddle and roast for 2 minutes. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Remove it in a plate. Slice the sandwich.
* Step 7
Serve hot with potato tikki and chutney.
