Tawa Bread Pizza

#Feb #Week1 Tawa Bread pizza is one of the quickest and easiest recipes to make at home using bread, cheese and veggies for dinner or afternoon snack.

Ingredient

Wheat Bread

as per requirement

Salt to taste

1/4 tsp

Herbs

1/4 tsp

Chaat masala

1 tbsp

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash, peel and chop onion, capsicum and tomato in a mixing bowl. Add one scrambled pizza cheese slice, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, herbs, pizza seasoning and chaat masala in it and mix well.

* Step 2

Apply butter on all 4 slices of bread. Then apply tomato ketchup over it.

* Step 3

Place 2 tb spoon of above mixture over bread slices. Then place cheese slices cut in pieces over it. Now heat a griddle. Apply butter over it and place these bread slices over it and cocer. Cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame till cheese melts.

Serve hot immediately with Tomato ketchup.
