Rasedar Potato in tomato puree

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel wash and Chop potatoes. Peel, Wash, chop onion, ginger and garlic.
* Step 2
Grind onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and tomatoes in a mixer to a smooth paste.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add grinded paste in it and cook on low flame till oil leaves the sides. Add all dry masale except garam masala and mix well.
* Step 4
Now add chopped potatoes and saute for 2 minutes. Add water and place the lid and cook till 2 whistles and switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically. Open the lid and add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
* Step 5
Serve hot with chapati. It is a quick and delicious lunch or dinner.
