Moong Sprout Salad

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash moong dal and Soak in water whole night. In the morning discard the water. Tie the dal in a muslin cloth and hang it. Keep it like this for 4-6 hours or till sprouts come in dal. Keep on damping the dal with water after every 30 minutes. When fully sprouted, transfer to a bowl.
* Step 2
Steam the daal for 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Peel, Wash and chop onions, cucumber, green chilli, tomato and green chilli.
* Step 4
Transfer sprouted dal in chopped vegetables bowl.
* Step 5
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and chaat Masala. Squeeze a lemon and mix.
* Step 6
Serve immediately. It is rich in protein and fiber.
