Potato pakoda

A simple and 15 minutes monsoon snack, easy to cook and kids' favourite prepared from easily available ingredients.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add Gram flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt carrom seeds and all dry masale and mix well. Now add water slowly and make a batter. Mix chopped coriander leaves.
* Step 2
Peel, Wash and chop potatoes and slice it in round.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a wok and Deep fry potato slices till golden brown. Remove it in a plate.
* Step 4
Dip the potato slices in Gram flour batter and batter on it on all sides.
* Step 5
Fry these besan coated potato slices till golden brown colour from both sides. Rev'move it in a plate. Likewise make all the pakodas.
* Step 6
Serve hot with Mint peanut chutney and tomato ketchup. Happy Rain, bhi
