Paneer Tikka Multigrain Open Bread Sandwich

This is an amazing fusion recipe of sandwiches prepared with hung curd and paneer Tikka. 🍚

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add hung curd in a mixing bowl. Add Salt, red chilli, turmeric and black pepper powder as per taste. Mix well. Now add paneer cubes and coat paneer cubes well anf keep aside.
* Step 2
Wash and Chop capsicum and onion in square pieces.
* Step 3
Transfer sev, coriander leaves, green chilli and ginger in a mixer. Add curd, salt, black pepper and amchur powder and grind it to a smooth paste. Transfer it in a bowl.
* Step 4
Apply butter on bread slices on both sides. Apply prepared green sauce on one side of slice. Arrange marinated paneer cubes, capsicum and onion on bread as shown in pic below. Sprinkle black pepper and chaat masala over it.
* Step 5
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese liberally on it and roast it on low flame on non-stick griddle for 7-8 minutes or till cheese melts.
* Step 6
Transfer it in a plate. Sprinkle chilli flakes and let it cool.
* Step 7
Cut in pieces and serve. It tastes yummilicious
