Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add Gram flour and semolina in a mixing bowl. Add all dry masale ingredients, coriander leaves, chopped onions and green chilli. Add water slowly and stirring simultaneously and make a thick batter. Add cashew nuts cut in halves in the mixture.
* Step 2
Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Now heat oil in a wok. Make lemon sized balls and deep fry till golden brown colour from both sides.
* Step 5
Serve hot with mintvand tomato chutney.
