#NFC Vrat ke aloo or Falahari aloo is one of the most popular navratri recipes. This aloo recipe is a easy and delicious to enjoy Navratri Fast and it is a perfect side dish with Kuttu ki puri and uttapam and can also be called as best Vrat ka Khana Recipe.

peanuts

2 tsp

pure ghee

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

as per taste

Rock salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped boiled potatoes and mix.

Add peanuts and mix.

Add salt and black pepper powder and mix and saute for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Remove it in a serving bowl.
