This Stuffed scrumptious potato pattie sandwich is simple to prepare on a griddle without griller or toaster. Ideal for tiffin for kids and office goers.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and fry till golden.
* Step 2
Add green chilli and ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1 minute. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander seeds powder and mix well and saute for 1 minute while stirring.
* Step 3
Add chopped coriander leaves, garam masala and lemon juice and mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes to cool.
* Step 4
Now take a bread slice and cut it round with the help of katori as shown in pic below. Likewise cut all slices in round shape.
* Step 5
Now transfer the edges of bread slices in a mixer and grind to a fine powder and make bread crumbs.
* Step 6
Add 2 tb spoon all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and mix. Make a flowing consistency slury by adding water slowly.
* Step 7
Place 4 rounds of bread slices on a plate. Lavishly apply potato stuffing over it with the help of spoon. Spread it evenly on all 4 slices. Now cover them with other 4 bread slices.
* Step 8
Now take a round pattie and dip it in slury.
* Step 9
Immediately roll it on prepared bread crumbs and coat it with bread crumbs lavishly from all sides. Likewise make all the sandwich patties.
* Step 10
Heat cooking oil on a non-stick griddle. Place the sandwich patties on it and shallow fry till crispie golden brown colour from both sides but flipping.
* Step 11
Like wise make all the sandwich patties.
* Step 12
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
