Vegetable Roasty

As kids don't want to eat vegetables, I always make these roasties with lots of vegetables for healthy eating and their growth.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add gram flour and wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Mix salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carrom seeds and cumin seeds powder and mix.
* Step 2
Wash, peel and chop onion, green chilli, grate ginger and cauliflower. Wash and chop coriander leaves. Transfer all vegetables in flour bowl and mix it thoroughly woth hands.
* Step 3
Mix it in such a way that all vegetables releases water and flour starys binding.
* Step 4
Now by adding water slowly knead a dough. I have used 4-6 tb spoon of water in kneading the dough. Do t keep dough after kneading as it may release more wayer.
* Step 5
Now divide the dough in 2 parts. Make it a ball. Roll it. Now with the help of katori cut it in round shape. Slightly roll it again.
* Step 6
Grease a non-stick griddle and put 3 roasties on griddle roast it for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also. Flip agaon and apply oil on this side.
* Step 7
Now apply oil on other side and fry it from both sides till golden brown colour. Likewise make all the roasties.
* Step 8
Serve hot with chutney or raita. This can also be enjoyed with evening tea.
