#Toc3 #Breakfast #week3 Karela Peels Paratha is a delicious paratha. It requires bitter gourd peels, onion and some spices. This is a quick and easy breakfast as well as a snack item. This is very healthy and nutritious paratha for all, especially for diabetics. Bitter gourd helps to control blood sugar levels. It is rich in dietary fiber hence good for weight loss.

wheat flour

2 Tbsp+1 tsp

cooking oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl of bitter gourd Peels bhurji. Link attached

Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt and 1 tsp Cooking Oil and mix well. Now make a dough by adding water slowly. Keep aside for 15 minutes. After that knead it again for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Now make a ball. Roll it round. Place the bitter gourd peels bhurji in its centre. Bring the edges of rolled chapatti in centre and seal it as shown below.

Roll it again by dusting little wheat flour.

Place it on heated griddle. Roast from both sides. Then apply cooking oil on both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden brown.

Serve hot with butter.
