Methi Besan Chilla

#boxweek20 #Besan #vegan #glutenfree Besan Chilla is nutritious, healthy and protein rich snack. It is easy to cook. Fill the batter with your favorite grated vegetables to make it more nutritious, and serve as a quick breakfast, brunch, or even as a late-night snack.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

10 minutes
1 bowl

Gram flour

1 tbsp

semolina

to taste

Salt

1/4 tsp

garam masala

as required

Water

As needed

Cooking Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add all the masala ingredients for making batter except water and then add water slowly and stirring simultaneously for making semi thick batter.

* Step 2

Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and kasuri methi and mix well.

* Step 3

Heat a griddle and brush cooking oil on griddle. Pour 1 ladle batter in centre and spread it in round. Roast for 2 minutes. Sprinkle cooking oil all around chilla. Flip the side and roast from other side also, Like wise make all the chillas.

Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
