Rava Appe, Rava Paniyaram, or Sooji Appe is an Instant South Indian breakfast dish that is delicious and very easy to make. I have made it with vegetables.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Do pieces of bread and transfer them to a mixer. Add semolina, curd, green chili, ginger, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Add 1/2 bowl of water and Grind it to a smooth paste.
* Step 3
Heat cooking oil on a nonstick griddle. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add chopped onion and saute till onion turn translucent. Add chopped capsicums and tomato and saute till soft. Add all dry masale for tempering and stir. Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
* Step 4
Add this tempering to the semolina mixture. Mix it well.
* Step 5
Add baking soda and mix lightly.
* Step 7
Pour 1 tbsp mixture into each cavity. Pour one drop of cooking Oil on each apple and cover the lid. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip the side of appe with a fork and cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame.
* Step 8
Serve appehot with any chutney or ketchup. It is an instant snack for evening tea.
