#We loved this simple buttery Rice Pulav with bold garlic flavours and crunchy walnuts and sweet and tangy tomatoes. This is my favourite one pot meal.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and Soak rice in water for 10 minutes. Cut paneer in small cubes and walnut in 4 pieces. Grate tomatoes and make a puree. Add black pepper seeds, cloves and cinnamon stick.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and fry till golden. Add grated ginger and garlic and stir for two minutes.
* Step 3
Add tomato puree and khade masala and sauté till oil leaves the sides. Add, salt, red chilli powder, sachet of Maggi magic Ae masala. Add paneer cubes and walnuts and saute for 1 minute.
* Step 4
Add soaked rice and saute for 1 minute.
* Step 5
Add water. Place the lid and pressure cook till 2 whistles. Let pressure releases automatically. Open the lid.
* Step 6
Serve hot with pickle and salad.
