Green beans are known by many common names, including French beans, string beans, snap beans, snaps. They are rich on vitamin A, B6, D, and Magnesium.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash peel and chop potatoes, beans and carrots. Grate tomatoes ginger and green chilli.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a karahi. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grated ginger, tomato and green chilli and saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
* Step 4
Cook on low flame till oil leaves the karahi. May take 2 minutes. Add chopped beans, potato and carrot. Mix it well with masala.
* Step 5
Add 2 tb spoon water and place the lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Check if it is done. Switch off the flame. Add garam masala and stir. Cook for
