Ingredient

1/2 litre

milk

250 gms

carrots

4 tsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk in a pan.

Wash, peel, and grated carrots.

Add grated carrots in milk, mix and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

Chop dry fruits.

Add sugar and dry fruits and let it simmer on low flame for 7-8 minutes. Keep stirring in between.

* Step 6

Check the consistency When Milk gets thick switch off the flame.

Serve hot or cold as you like garnished with chopped almonds.
