#Carrot kheer is a popular, nutritious and quick dessert. Carrots are rich in Vitamin A and good for eyes and nuts are loaded with protein. It is a healthy dessert loved by kids.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Wash, peel, and grated carrots.
* Step 3
Add grated carrots in milk, mix and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
* Step 5
Add sugar and dry fruits and let it simmer on low flame for 7-8 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
* Step 6
Check the consistency When Milk gets thick switch off the flame.
* Step 7
Serve hot or cold as you like garnished with chopped almonds.
