Whole Wheat Mexican Wrap

#Made with whole wheat flour, these homemade whole wheat Mexican wraps are perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I made them with filling to the maximum with kidney beans and cheese. The whole wheat actually add fiber and flavor. My kids love this. I also made it with any vegetable.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak kidney beans overnight and then pressure cook with salt till 8 minutes after first whistle. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.
* Step 2
Wash, peel and chop onion, tomato coriander leaves and green chilli
* Step 3
Make 2 fulkas (chapattis). Recipe link is attached.
* Step 4
Heat 1/2 tb spoon butter in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put ginger garlic and green chilli paste. Saute for 1 minute. Add chopped onions and fry till golden.
* Step 5
Add grated tomato, salt, red chilli, turmeric powder and pav bhaji masala. Mix and cook till oil leaves the wok.
* Step 6
Now add boiled kidney beans and cook on low flame till it gets dry and whole masala is mixed /coated on kidney beans.
* Step 7
Apply pizza sauce on fulka. Grate cheese on half side of fulka. Spread kidney beans stuffing on cheese.
* Step 8
Place chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves on it. Then grate cheese over it. Apply green chutney on remaining half side of fulka and then fold it on stuffing. See pic below.

Likewise make other wrap also.
* Step 10
Heat 1/2 tb spoon butter. Place both wraps on it and shallow fry on low flame till golden brown from both sides.
* Step 11
Crispie Maxican wrap is ready to serve.
