Instant Noodles provide Important Micronutrients
despite being relatively low in some nutrients like fiber and protein. Instant noodles contain several micronutrients, including iron, manganese, folate and B vitamins. As it is loved by kids I always try to make it nutritious by adding a lot of vegetables and corn.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water in a pan. Add noodles, corn, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp Cooking Oil in pan. Let boiling point comes again.
* Step 2
In the meanwhile peel, Wash and chop onions, red and green capsicums, tomato and green chilli.
* Step 3
When boiling point comes in noodles, immediately remove it in a sieve and let excess water drain. Soak chopped green chilli in vinegar. Keep ready soya sauce, vinegar and vinegar soaked green chilli.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a wok. Add chopped onion. Saute for 1 minute. Now add red, green capsicums, tomato and green chilli and saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 5
Add noodles and corn and mix. Add red chilli powder, salt and orgeno and mix.
* Step 6
Now add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, green chilli soaked in vinegar and chilli sauce as per taste and mix. Saute for 30 seconds on low flame. Switch off the flame.
* Step 7
Serve noodles hot with Tomato ketchup.
