Besan ke ladoo

#flavour2 Post_8 Besan ladoo are delicious sweet balls made with gram flour, sugar, ghee & cardamoms. Ladoos are ball shaped sweet from Indian cuisine made on festivals and celebrations.

Ingredient

Food ration :

8-10 ladoos

Cooking time :

30 minutes
1 bowl

Gram flour

1/2 bowl

sugar

1/3 bowls

pure ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a wok. Add Gram flour and roast on low flame till it changes colour or turn aromatic.

* Step 2

When ghee starts leaving the sides add sugar and mix well. Keep stirring till sugar melts completely and mixture absorbs sugar.

* Step 3

Add desiccated coconut powder and mix well. In the end, add food colour and mix.

* Step 4

Keep on stirring till mixture gets thick and leaves wok and bind well. Allow mixture to come to room temperature.

* Step 5

Now allpy ghee on palm and bind laddoos with the help of your hands. Garnish with pistachio.
