#flavour1 Breadsticks (Grissini) is a Classic crispy Italian bread sticks, great as a snack or for dipping. These are simple to make and taste just yummy.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

10 minutes
1 bowl

Gram flour

1 tsp

orgeno

To taste

salt

1/4 tsp

garam masala

1/4 tsp

carrom seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add Gram flour in a mixing bowl. Add chopped chilli and onion. Mix all the dry masale and make a batter with the help of water.

* Step 2

Cut bread slices in 4 equal parts lengthwise as a stick.

Heat a non stick griddle. Apply cooking oil on it. Dip bread sticks in batter and put it on griddle. Shallow fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the stix.

Serve hot with sauce.
