Kurkure Potato Fritters

#flavour1 Potato Fritter is an easy to make snack recipe. This continental recipe is an apt dish for kitty parties, pot luck and evening tea.

Gram flour

1/4 bowl

rice flour

1/4 bowl

semolina

1/2 tsp

carrom seeds

To taste

salt

1/4 tsp

garam masala

4-6 pods

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add Gram flour, rice flour and semolina in a mixing bowl. Add grated garlic. Add all the dry masale and kasuri methi and mix well and make a batter of pouring consistency by adding water. Peel, Wash and Chop onion and potato.

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Put potato slices in oil and deep fry till golden. Remove it in a plate.

Coat fried potatoes in besan batter and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.

* Step 4

Add chopped onion in in batter and put a spoon full of mixture in wok and fry onion Fritters.

Serve hot with sauce.
