Masala puri, is an Indian snack cum breakfast which is a popular breakfast. To spiced up asafoetida and turmeric powder is added. A popular tiffin box snack loved by kids.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add chopped coriander leaves and grated ginger. Now add wheat flour and rice flour. Now add all dry masale and cooking Oil for moyan and mix well.
* Step 2
Knead a tight dough with the help of water. Apply oil on dough and keep aside for 10 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
* Step 3
After 10 minutes knead it again for 1 minute. Now take a portion of dough and roll with the help of your palms and make a ball. Like wise make all the balls.
* Step 4
With the help of rolling pin roll the balls and like wise roll all the poorie.
* Step 5
Heat oil in a wok. Add rolled poorie and deep fry till golden. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the poorie.
* Step 6
Serve hot with mango pickle. A perfect breakfast to start a healthy day. Ideal for kids tiffin box.
