Raw Mango Coriander Chutney

#king #Post4 Tangy Indian dip made with fresh coriander, mint and green mango. It is an intrgral in Indian cuisine and gets perfect with Indian snacks and meals.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel, clean and wash coriander, and mint leaves. Peel onion, ginger and mango.

* Step 2

Chop in small pieces and put in mixer. Add green chillies and grind in a mixer.

* Step 3

Now add black and common salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper, cumin seeds powder and coriander seeds powder and churn again in mixer.

* Step 4

Transfer it in a serving bowl and serve with any snacks or with meals. An excellent appetiser.
