Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash, peel and chop coriander leaves, onion, mango, green chilli, ginger.

* Step 2

Transfer all the vegetables in a mixer. Add 2 tb spoon water.

* Step 3

Grind to a fine paste. Add salt, garam masala, coriander seeds powder and black pepper. Grind again.

* Step 4

This chutney can be stored in refrigerator upto a week in air tight container. Can be used with meal and snacks,
