A nutritious low calorie Burmese dessert.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 1 tb spoon pure ghee in a karahi and add wheat flour and roast on low flame for 5 minutes. Remove it in a plate.
* Step 2
Heat 1 tb spoon ghee add Gram flour roast for 5 minutes in low flame. Remove it in a plate.
* Step 3
Similarly add 1 tb spoon ghee roast all purpose flour for 5 minutes and remove it in a plate.
* Step 4
Take 1 tb spoon ghee in a karahi roast semolina for 5 minutes and remove it in a plate.
* Step 5
Take a pan heat water add saffron water, sugar dry fruit and cardamom powder, mix and boil.
* Step 6
Now mix roasted all purpose flour, wheat, besan and semolina. Keep stirring till ghee separates.
* Step 7
Serve burma halwa garnished with sliced almonds.
