Cauliflower fritters

#healthy2020 Cauliflower is high in fiber and B-vitamins. Prevent cancer. Good antioxidant and good for digestion. Increase immunity.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add Gram flour and water in a mixing bowl. Mix all the dry masala ingredients in it and make a paste.

Add coriander leaves and grated garlic in it.

* Step 3

Wash and Cut cauliflower in small florets.

* Step 4

Heat cooking oil in a kadahi. Fry cauliflower till it turns pink. Remove it in a plate.

* Step 5

Dip cauliflower in Gram flour mixture and put in karahi and deep fry till golden brown.

* Step 6

Flip the side and fry from other side also.

* Step 7

Remove it in a serving bowl and serve hot with green chutney.
