Cauli-potato Bhaji

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel, Wash and chop potatoes and cauliflower. Pat dry it's water.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a karahi and put potatoes and deep fry till golden brown. Remove it in a plate.
* Step 3
Similarly deep fry cauliflower till golden brown and remove in a plate.
* Step 4
Now in another karahi heat 1 tbsp oil and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely grated ginger and sauté for 1 minute. Now add grated tomato and sauté till oil leaves the karahi. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well.
* Step 5
Now add fried potatoes and cauliflower stir well so that mixture is coated well. Add little water and stir. Cook for 2 minutes and then switch off the flame.
* Step 6
Serve hot with chapatti or parantha.
