Mix vegetables Poha

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel, Wash and Chop all vegetables in small pieces. Wash poha in a sieve and drain excess water from it.
* Step 2
Now in a karahi heat 2 big spoon cooking oil and put mustard seeds and fry till they splutter. Now add onion, potatoes, green beans, carrot in karahi and cool for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Now add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and stir for two minutes. Now add peanuts, raisins and tomato in this mixture and stir for two minutes.
* Step 4
Now add poha in this mixture and add sugar and Maggi masala. Stir again. Now squeeze lemon in this mixture. And stir well.
* Step 5
Serve hot garnished with sauce and coriander leaves.
