Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash poha and drain water and mix with boiled mashed potatoes.
* Step 2
Mix salt, red chilli powder, bhuna jeera, black pepper and lemon juice. Now knead the mixture well and make a dough.
* Step 3
Now make small balls of mixture and flatten it on your palm and give the shape of cutlets with your fingers.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a karahi and add cutlets one by one in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
