Easy Spiced Pangasius fillets

Ingredient

Paprika

5 ml

Salt

45 ml

Olive Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C, place a baking tray in the oven to heat up.

Pat the Pangasius fillets dry with a kitchen towel. Mix the Thai 7 Spice, Paprika and Salt in a plate. Roll the fillets through the spice mix and coat the fish as evenly as possible.

* Step 3

Heat Olive Oil in cast-iron skillet and sear the Pangasius fillets, in batches, till golden brown.

* Step 4

Transfer fish with the cooking sauce from the skillet to the hot baking tray. Bake for about 10 minutes till fillets are cooked through.
