Moroccan style Seafood
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the Garlic, Cumin, All Spice, Ginger, Cinnamon, Turmeric and Chilli and cook till the Garlic is fragrant.
* Step 2
Add the Tomatoes, Stock and Salt and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Taste and adjust the seasoning, stir in the Lemon Zest, Juice and Seafood mix and heat through. Don't overcook.
* Step 4
Stir in the herbs and serve. Serve with Saffron Brown Rice.
