Thai Green Curry Paste

With only the pickled Jalapeños the paste is very flavourful but not spicy. Add as many green Chillies as you like for the level of Spiciness you prefer

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine all ingredients in food processor, pre-chop using Kenwood Chef.

* Step 2

Finely puree paste with a stick blender of Baby Bullet

* Step 3

Divide paste into holders for storing in refrigerator or silicone moulds for freezing. I also put some paste in old cleaned herbs or spice holders so I can give it away to friends
