Sautèed Seasonal Mushrooms and Potatoes with Speck and Parsley
Mushrooms go perfectly with parsley. These chanterelle mushrooms are just in season and I love them because they have a wonderful flavour and they're not watery like many other mushrooms #cookingwithherbs #seasonalingredient #seasonalcooking #dinner #mainmeal
