Polpette di branzino

Deep fried sea bass balls. Just lovely with a simple salad. I used left over mash, but make your own as necessary #italian #fish #potato #seasonalcooking #dinner #mainmeal

garlic breadcrumbs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put mash in a bowl. Put fillets on a plate and microwave for about 3-4 mins. You could steam them or cook a different way, just don't overcook them

* Step 2

Remove flesh, checking carefully for bones, add to mash. Mix together with egg, parsley, salt and breadcrumbs. Mix well with a fork and shape into equal sized balls. Roll each one in any remaining breadcrumbs. Leave in fridge for 1-2 hours.

* Step 3

Heat frying oil in a pan. Deep fry for about 5-6 mins until golden brown. Serve and enjoy
