Strozzapreti al salmone e pistacchio

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to instructions. Heat oil in a pan and add the salmon. Cook for about 2 minutes on medium. Now add saffron and a ladle of pasta cooking water and cook until pasta al dente
* Step 2
Now drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Mix and serve with the chopped pistachio nuts
