Polpettone di pere e noci pear and nut meatloaf
This is a great way to use up some pears. I made it for Sunday lunch 😊 serve with veggies of your choice #wonkyautumn #italian #meatloaf #dinner #mainmeal

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare your ingredients. Peel, core and chop pears. Put pear pieces and nuts in a food processor. Blitz them until fairly smooth.
* Step 2
Soak bread in a splash of milk, this helps to keep it soft and moist. Then put mince in a bowl. Add all ingredients including the soaked bread and mix with a fork. Then mix with your hands until combined well.
* Step 3
Now shape into a loaf shape. Place on a baking tray and roast at 200 degrees for about 45 mins. Rest before serving
