Deep fried bacon wrapped cod

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare your ingredients. Wrap each cod fillet in a rasher of bacon.
* Step 2
Coat each one in flour, shake off the excess. Dip and coat well in the egg, drip off the excess. Roll in breadcrumbs, pressing down so it sticks well
* Step 3
Heat a good amount of oil in a deep pan or wok. Fry, turning frequently until golden brown, about 3 mins each side. Serve with whatever you fancy!
