Garganelli con funghi e pancetta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Clean and chop mushrooms. Cook onion in some olive oil until soft

* Step 2

Now add the mushrooms. Cook on medium until they release their water. Then add the pancetta. When it all starts to brown a little, add the wine and let it evaporate

* Step 3

Now add the tomatoes and simmer while you cook the pasta. Drain pasta al dente and add to sauce. Mix and serve with grated parmesan
